DS had a stomach bug (vomiting) on Thursday and Friday. He is still dealing with diarrhea almost a week later. Normal?

He has no fever and is playful although a little clingy. He's having wet dipes and taking his bottles and solids fine so I'm not concerned about dehydration. Yesterday almost every time he had his diaper changed there was a little poo in there. Just tiny squirts. Today he hasn't had that but has had more substantial poops in terms of volume but they are still runny.

His little bum bum is so so red even though we are changing him the instant he is wet or dirty. i'm going to do a baking soda bath tonight.

I also dropped a dipe off with his ped for a stool sample. I just want his tummy back to normal.

Anyone else deal with this?
