Our dog is deathly afraid of thunder. Unfortunately, fireworks sound very much like thunder. He's in his travel sack in LO's room (with a very loud sound machine) right now. I hope he can get some rest.
Are any of your pets afraid of fireworks?

One ignores them, the other gets all freaked out. They both hate really loud noises but I think the one just knows she's okay if she's in our house.

Our corgi pup, Napoleon, is terrified of fireworks, the blue angels jet planes, and thunder....we think he thinks it's a WWII air raid or the end of days.

our beagle terrier bailey was ok for the most part; but our yorkie buddy was running around barking most of the night last night...

Luckily he doesn't care. He gets all of his anxiety when we leave him.

We took ours for a walk and they were going off and he totally freaked out! His tail was between his legs and everything. Poor little guy!

Nope. Brutus sat and watched with us and then got bored and went inside to sleep lol

poor babies! my old dog was terrified of loud noises (he was a golden), but this dog (a sheltie) surprisingly could care less. he's more terrified of the baby gates (sometimes they tip over, lol) and baths than he is of thunder!

Our greyhound HATES fireworks (but is ok with thunder!). This has been a tough week for her evening walks because people in the area have been setting off fireworks for the past few days already. Poor baby...

Our dog hates thunder too....And he acts the same way with fireworks! He barks and has to be in my lap or touching me!

We have a lab. She was shaking she was so afraid of the fireworks yesterday. We left her inside in her crate while we went to a BBQ.

Our girl watched them with us. We took her when she was young and she seems to be accustomed to the load noises. Thunder doesn't bother her either.

OMG! Our big dog hates fireworks. Last 4th of July he opened the door from his room. Put his dog bed on one side and crawled in the other side of a 1 foot area under out bed head. It was crazy. This year we crated him and he bent the crate inwards.
