Assuming you meant phrases not phases (because the latter would have a different answer!)...
"No!"
"I want something else"
"I want.... (silence)" "Which one do you want?" "I want.... (more silence)"
"But I don't want to!"
"I want you!" (angrily) "What do you want me to do?" "I want youuuuu!" (whiny and angrily)
I swear my kid has MANY adorable phrases too but these ones drive me nuts.

"No, don't touch me!" or "Move out of my WAY!"
Or, when she gets really really angry and can't say what she wants, she just whines/yells "Do do do do do do!"

"No take a turn!" (Meaning someone else can't use what she wants. Even if she isn't using it, like the swing at the park when she is on the slide).
"C do it!"
"C take a turn!"
Basically it's always her turn in her head and by saying so, she should get it. So glad I taught her about taking turns.

My LO adds, "OKAY!?!" to everything she does defiantly. If she's done with something its "That's enough, OKAY!?!". If she wants more crackers after I've said no its "More goldfish, OKAY!?!". No, its not OKAY! Thanks daycare.

@Foodnerd81: "MY turn! MY turn! No baby's turn! MY turn!". Teaching her turn taking worked out really well for us too...
Another one that is particularly bad/funny is that if you're sitting on a chair she views as hers, she will run over and take her arm and try to sweep you off the chair, while screaming "OFF". Conversely, if you're not sitting on a chair that she feels that you should be sitting on, she will pound on it and scream "MUMMY CHAIR ON".

"I need space!" - When I'm sitting/lying too close to my daughter, and she wants me to move.
"That's not fair!" - Every single day from both kids.

I don't want it!
Especially when I'm not offering anything!!

To W, "want it" means both "I do want it" and "I don't want it" - it's a crap-shoot trying to figure out what she wants. Since she's 2, I know that sometimes even she doesn't know - but that doesn't make it less frustrating!
