My oldest brother has lived in Philadelphia for like 8 years now. He and his girlfriend have been renting but they recently bought their first home in a suburb close to the Delaware border, so not fully IN Philadelphia.

I thought it might be cool to get them a housewarming/christmas gift sort of themed around that. I thought maybe a framed print of an old map of Philadelphia or something.

I found this one that I really like. I just wasnt sure if it was something that really made sense since they don't live within Philadelphia proper?
