Help!! New cartilage piercing. My daughter jumped on my ear today, seriously. It's now a little swollen and sore. I really, really don't want to take it out. Any tips besides the sea salt soak?

Crush up an asprin and mix with a little water to form a paste and dab on the piercing will help with pain and swelling

@anonysquire: I would put some ice on it to ease the swelling/discomfort and stay vigilant with the sea salt soak.
Years ago I have a navel piercing, it was the second time I did it. The first never healed properly and was always getting caught on my clothes. The second time I did the sea salt soak a few times a day and it healed beautifully.
