I'm not into crib bedding sets, so I'm just in search of crib sheets. I like the idea of a neutral plain/solid sheet for the crib. My only hesitation is that a patterned sheet *might* hide pesky stains better. Thoughts?

We don't have any stains on any of our plain sheets yet. The only thing is we have mostly plain sheets, but one night we had an emergency so I put a patterned sheet on, and he sat there and picked at the pattern forever instead of falling asleep.

yes I felt the same way. for the first two months I only used plain sheets because I was nervous I would miss something on a patterned sheet such as a bug, spit up or something else. But just this sunday I put on a patterned sheet and it looks pretty nice
