@glimmersnaps: Congratulations!! What wonderful dark lines! Have a happy and healthy 9 months!
ermahgerd I can't wait anymore! I'm soooo glad I'll be out of town for the next couple of days. Hopefully it will help me keep my mind off of wondering. And hopefully on Thursday I will have an answer, one way or another... though I would prefer one over the other!

@glimmersnaps: congratulations!
So....I just got a BFP this morning also!!!!!
I am in complete shock. I fully did not expect this so soon - I showed DH (all my plans to surprise him with a cute onesie flew out the window immediately, haha) and we were both shaking but so excited.
I am still kind of terrified it's not real, though. So of course I went out and bought 4 more digis...when do y'all think is the best time to re-test? I am not sure I''m going to be able to stop myself from taking like 4 more today, lol. Should I try to hold off until tomorrow, though??

@Charcole2011: Congrats! What a great start to the Nov thread!
I gave in and POAS his morning (11 DPO). It was negative. I've had cramps all day yesterday and today, which is strange for me. I usually get cramps right when AF starts, but not supposed to be here until Thurs. We'll see...maybe I just need to wait a few more days.

@Charcole2011: Congrats! No need to take multiple tests when you have a digi but if you want to, I'd do one each morning.

@Charcole2011: Congratulations! :)) I stalk the POAS boards at WB and saw you posted there too (but for some reason the site won't load on my laptop and I can't post from my phone).
@Mrs squirreld: I almost always have a 28 day cycle. Even after my m/c my cycle returned in exactly 28 days.
Do you guys think this cycle could be wonky still? I don't know what to think. BFN on Saturday but still no AF.
cherry / 103 posts
@Cherrybee: @Mrs squirreld: @Ash: Thank you!!
@marionberry: Thanks! I know it is probably crazy to take more since a digi is pretty accurate, but I am still in shock and I feel like the only way I am going to believe it is if I take multiple, haha. I think I am going to do one more this afternoon and then call my doc to see how early she will let me come in for an appointment... =)

@ASH - hang in there love. I'm right there with you with a wonky cycle. It's CD27 and still no AF, but still getting BFNs (well, last test was sunday night...) I know it's cause I messed up my cycle taking those herbal supplements. GAH.
what day are you on right now, and what's the longest cycle you've had?
CONGRATS to @glimmersnaps: @Charcole2011 !!!

@MrsLilybugg: I'm not 100% sure but I just looked back into my charting app and it shows them to be 27-28 days. An occasional 30 day cycle I see... and today would make my first 31. UGH
It's not over til it's over tho... Still holding out hope for you and me both!

@Ash: Oooh there's definitely hope for you!! Sometimes it takes longer for HPTs to register BFPs. My mom never got a positive HPT, her doctors never believed her cause they kept showing up negative. Only bloodwork finally confirmed BFP. I hope this is the case for you.

@MrsLilybugg: I hope so!! I'm kind of giving up hope but this is so out of the ordinary for me. Thanks for your optimism! :))

@glimmersnaps: Yay, congratulations!
@Mrs squirreld: Can you change my POAS date to 11/17?
I just did the trigger last night (so easy!) and I should ovulate some time tomorrow. I'm so excited to have my first real 2 week wait! Before I was spending weeks peeing on OPKs and trying to decipher whether they were really dark enough and would just end up disappointed every time or talk myself into thinking I'd just missed the surge somehow. But after months of trying we finally have a real shot :-D.

Anyone have tips on making it through the next 7 days?? I have no idea what to expect since I have irregular periods and this is my first Clomid cycle. I was feeling cramping up until yesterday, now no symptoms whatsoever.
wonderful cherry / 21504 posts
@Charcole2011: Yay! Congrats! I am sure I will not feel like it's real either, whenever I get BFP. But-- it is! Digis don't lie!
FF is telling me I ovulated a couple of days ago, but I think it was yesterday. I think the time change is also part of it. Either way, I'm on track to test right before Thanksgiving. I have a good feeling for this month, especially after these positives already!

@Modern Daisy: Stay busy-- that's the only thing I can think of that will help. I planned a couples cooking class for my POAS day to keep my mind off it. I don't know how well it will work though!
grapefruit / 4187 posts
@Foodnerd81: Good advice! I only have to make it to Saturday since I"m going to Vegas until my POAS date. It's still quite maddening though not having any idea what's going on lol!

@Modern Daisy: Well... I might sometimes rub my stomach and cheer the little egg and sperm on. You could try that too.

@Ash: sorry to put in my two cents...is this your 2nd AF after m/c?
I had my first A/F after my d&c about 6 weeks which was very light and thin (for lack of a better word), then my 2nd AF came 30 days later,it was more "normal" flo like, and then had a lot of brown stuff too (sorry for the TMI) but i think my body was still trying to clear old stuff out....my CM seem to back on track like the cycle when i got my BFP in July. crossing my fingers for the both of us.
honeydew / 7909 posts
@MrsCastro: I LOVE hearing from girls who have similar experiences... so thank you! :)) And yes, this is my 2nd since my m/c. Last month's came exactly on time and was very 'regular' for lack of a better term. The only thing I noticed was my boobs hurts like crazy a few days before which I'd never had happen in the 14 years of having a period. I'm sure she's on her way though... Just wish neither of us would even have had to go thru this in general. Hoping for a BPF for you! :))
Maybe Jenny Renny is right... next month might be my month LOL!
