Anyone else experience shoddy customer experience from PO.P? I bought quite a few items during their two-day 4th of July sale. First off, their free shipping promotion didn't work, so I had to call them and after a considerable wait, was finally deducted shipping. My order qualified for free shipping even without their promotion, so it really made no sense for it to not work.

Then after a few days, I get an email saying one of my items was out of stock and it was their mistake, that it shouldn't have allowed me to purchase it and if I wanted, I can pick another item. So I email them right away saying I'd like the same thing in a different color.

They finally email me back, at this point it's been over a week since I made the purchase and tell me that it is available in pink and they can send it ASAP, but I'll have to pay an extra $8.40?! WTF, if I knew the color I bought was out of stock, I would have chosen the pink one since it was the SAME PRICE when I purchased it!

I'm so annoyed! I can not believe that a company that sells expensive items have such crappy customer service! Has this happened to anyone else? Did I just get a crappy person returning my emails?
