We had our first "real" bath today since M's belly button has completely dried up. Just when I was rinsing her hair, I start noticing something yellow. I thought it was pee until I saw the seeds!! Haha. Thanks, girl. Your first bath, our first experience getting rid of poopy bath water.

I still wash my 3-month-old on the sling of his bath tub and just rinse off the seedy poop and wash his back and butt again since that's where it was. Hopefully he'll take showers later on just like his big brother. Not a fan of baths. Haha!

Oh no! Poop water is a terrible thing!
There has been one LO that I've nannied for that seemed to LOVE to poop in the tub. One time, at about 18months, during a bubble bath, LO reached down below the bubbles to hand me what I thought was going to be an action figure, much to my surprise, I looked down to see LO had placed a large turd in my hand! There was not enough soap in the world to wash that image out of my mind, it made me thankful to go home to a very large drink!

We haven't had any accidents yet, but apparently I liked to poop in the bathtub whenever my dad would bathe me. After the third time he would just take over whatever my mom was doing and she would give me a bath.
