There is a really cool bicycle beer tour. It's basically this giant bicycle bar that you cycle around the city and you stop at breweries. Its really fun and silly. Highly recommend!

Following as well because I am doing a girl's trip there this summer too! We are going to focus on the wine region I think, but I know very little about it.

We LOVED the International Rose Test Garden. So many roses and beautiful landscaping. I took approximately a bazillion pictures. Plus, it is free!

I'll admit I'm a little behind the ball since I've had kids but here are some of my favorites:
restaurants: Pok Pok, Por Que No (margaritas!), Tusk, St. Jack, Olympia Provisions, Han Oak, Ken's Pizza
cafes/treats/sweets: Lauretta Jeans, Salt and Straw, Little T bakery, Coava, Water Avenue
spa: The Allison (in wine-country), The Barefoot Sage (feet only but so nice).
I love the Ace Hotel downtown,
If you enjoy the outdoors, check out Forest Park- I think it's the biggest park within city limits, followed by Central Park. You get to be in the woods in a city, it's amazing. The Japanese Garden is beautiful too. Have a great time!

We went a few years ago with the kids, but for food, we loved Salt & Straw for ice cream and Blue Star Donuts. I wasn't patient enough to stand in line at Voodoo Donuts. I've never done Oregon wine country, but I've never met an Oregon wine I didn't like.
