I have read that there is a strong connection between mind and body, and that repeating positive affirmations during childbirth can actually speed up the process/make it go smoother.

It got me thinking about life in general, and how I should start being more positive and repeating positive affirmations to myself when I am feeling down.

Lately I have been repeating to myself over and over that my body is NOT ruined just because I have stretch marks.
