@bluestriped bee: Yay, it'll be here before you know it. Are you going to test early? It's nice you won't have to worry about testing out the trigger!
@Leialou: How were your numbers? Any chance you have two in there??

@twodoghouse: yeah, I'll probably test on Monday. I've always been obsessed and love seeing people post their negative tests turn positive. I've never seen a BFP so before so I'm hoping I get to finally see something soon.

@Leialou: woohoo! Can't wait to hear how your beta goes today. So they do another beta two days after your first?

@twodoghouse: second beta is 568! Do you remember yours?
@bluestriped bee: Yep! They want to see the number double.

@Leialou: it's like your embie read the textbook! That's exactly double

@Leialou: what day did u get 568? I had like 301 on my first, 12dp3dt with twins!
I have to find my photo!

@Shutterbug: I wish I knew! Then we could put it in their wedding slideshow a and be super embarrassing because I'm totally going to be that mom, haha.
@Leialou: my first one (10dp3dt) was around 125 I think and my next one (48 hrs later) was just over 300. Your numbers are fantastic! Can't wait until your first ultrasound!
@bluestriped bee: I was the same way - never saw a positive before my BFP with A and B. I wanted to test out my trigger but couldn't bear to see a line that wasn't a real BFP!
hostess / wonderful apple seed / 16729 posts
@twodoghouse: Yeah, I was talking to my sister and telling her that testing early kinda makes me shoot myself in the foot if it never gets positive. But I've always be fascinated with people who test early and can show their sticks getting darker and I will always be curious how soon I could have gotten a BFP. I think I'm also being really hopeful because it's the first transfer. I'm sure I'll change my tune and be really guarded if I have to be do another transfer. Stupid IF. Why can't we be happy and not have to think of things going wrong and failing.

@twodoghouse: Seeing them like that just blows my mind! I too want to know who was who! Also it is just crazy to me how we people grow. A couple of cells and boom-- a whole entire person (or two!)!

First of all, this thread is amazing. Such a great idea, @bluestriped bee! And I cannot WAIT for your POAS and Betas
Secondly - I have been bad lately with following the IVF thread...@Leialou: I am unbelievably happy for you. I have been wishing and hoping and praying for your successful transfer. Good luck with your next betas! xoxo
Lastly - I am so so so sad that I don't have a pic of my Z as a frosty! I remember seeing it and I'm sure its in my records...maybe I could ask.

I am new to this thread and I am scared to death!!! On Saturday morning we had our first IVF transfer using a donor egg. Our donor was only 25 , I am 41 and we determined that my eggs are poor quality so we moved to this option. Anyway.... my question is this, I don't understand the embryo grading and ours was only graded a "C". I told my dr that our kids get in trouble for C's, so I am not encouraged. We transferred 2 5 day embryos and she said there is a 55-60% chance of pregnancy and a 20% chance of twins, BUT... considering I have had a negative test monthly for the last 3 years, I am scared to death! Are there any encouraging words anyone can offer? Success stories? Etc?
