Hi! I'm bored at work now....no plans this weekend, I have a cold but we need to get out of the house. DS has been so restless at home lately and trantruming like crazy so we need to get out and DO something!

I've been up since 2:30 am and it is 5:42 am right now. Bleh.
But what is really bothering me are all the ads for the Pillsbury cinnamon rolls I keep seeing. WANT.

My birthday is on Saturday and my dad is babysitting lo so we can go out to dinner with friends. It'll be so nice to be able to celebrate! Lo has been sleeping pretty badly though, so I hope I'll be able to have fun rather than worrying that she won't go to/stay asleep for my dad...

Doing much better this week! DD caught a nasty cold over the Christmas holiday and has been coughing and sneezing for 2 weeks. She's finally feeling and looking better. Love the weekends, we usually eat dinner out and relax!

Hi everyone! We are on day four of nap training and it's changed my life. I just took a shower and blow dried my hair without worrying about if I'd have to run in to nurse one of my kids back to sleep. Now I'm watching the Today show without having to worry about rotting their brains because they keep staring at the tv whenever it's on. Yay!
This weekend I'm letting go of a little bit of control and letting my in-laws babysit while DH and I go out for a date night. We're going to be home in time for bedtime so I don't know why I'm freaking out about it. They usually cry the entire time I'm gone, but they'll survive, right?

@twodoghouse: yay for naps and a date night! That's exciting!It's so cold here I doubt we will do anything at all. No plans for the weekend yet at this point. I'm drinking a cup of coffee and LO is playing with his little people. I should take down the Christmas tree but he loves it so much it makes me sad to do it!

It's my birthday! LO is napping right now then we are going out for a birthday lunch with my best friend...then I gotta meal plan and cook dinner at some point lol
Tomorrow night DH and I are going to hang out with some of his old band mates and jam for a bit (i really miss bebeing their groupie sometimes!
) and then out to dinner. I think we're just hanging out the rest of the weekend.

I can't believe tomorrow is Friday. This week has flown by and I've been soo busy at work. After the holidays, Spring 2015 ad deadlines, eek.
Maybe this weekend I'll finally take down our Xmas decorations and tree! We were out of town last weekend and didn't get to. -
@rachiecakes: We just took down our decorations on Monday....sniff, sniff! I can't wait til December....minus our kids turning 4!

We are going to the pa farm show on Saturday. Free admission (parking's $10 though), delicious food and animals...L really liked it last year so I'm thinking he will looooove it this year.
