I think it's mean. I had a couple FB friends that did this and I was really turned off (and disappointed) by it.

I think it's mean. Though, there is that site about people from Walmart and even I laugh at some of them. But on Facebook, I would probably unfriend her. Broadcasting to your friends and possibly to the world you do that just rubs me the wrong way.

@Happygal: A few of my friends do this on facebook and it makes me really really uncomfortable I make sure to never comment on such photos. I think its rude.

@pui: I agree with you. Taking depositions, conducting a thorough investigation into the matter, and going through all the hearings and such would likely cost a tremendous amount of money and take up quite a bit of time. I doubt most people would have the time or resources to bring such an action, which is a shame.

It makes me sad to see what people will do for a facebook like or basically some attention. Social media is creating monsters

@Happygal: I think it's very mean and hateful thing to do. It's sad that people try to be funny at the expense of other people. Maybe she should put herself in their shoes, would she like someone unknowingly taking a picture of them and writing snarky things?

I have mixed feeling on it. On one hand, as a photographer, anyone who is out in public can be photographed. That said, if someone takes a photo to mock someone then that is very tacky. I'm not saying I've never laughed over one of these photos but it doesn't make it right. I have some relatives who did this. I know if someone did this to them then they would be really hurt. I called them out on it but it didn't stop right away. I guess deep down they are just insecure/ mean people.

I think it's hurtful and I blocked someone over it. This girl would take pictures of other women's outfits and make fun of what they were wearing. It's just plain mean.
I don't think about how I'd feel if I was the subject of one of these postings...I think of how I'd feel if I saw someone post a picture of my mom or sister or anyone I loved and made fun of them. It hurts my heart to think about it. -
Im normally the one hearing about things and thinking "meh, what's the harm?" but in this case I'm just appalled. People who do this, I mean, who the hell do they think they are? No, not cool. Not cool at all.

Yeah that is just not cool. I hope this person looks absolutely amazing and never has a bad moment out in public, ever.
