My LO is six weeks and I'm ready to get back in shape! Though "back" is not quite the word since I haven't been exercising regularly since we started trying for LO1 in 2013
Can anyone recommend a plan to follow besides Jillian Micheals 30 day shred? Love her but want something different. I really want someone to say, this week, run/walk 3 miles on day 1, do this YouTube workout day 2, rest day 3, etc.
Does that exist anywhere???
