I won't really be showing so my original idea of going as Juno is kind of out. I think I might go as a pumpkin bc that would be cute and comfortable!
Anyone have ideas? Pics?

@TurtleDoves: Haha I think that's an awesome costume. But I have a really sick sense of humor. My friend wants me to wear the shirts where the baby arms are coming out of them... which I also find kinda funny.
I don't think I have anywhere to go on Halloween but if there ends up being a party I'm totally doing the cliched white-trash mama costume.

@TurtleDoves: i actually ordered this for Halloween from Etsy. I think it's super cute but I'm an also an xray tech and plan on wearing it to work so it's very appropriate me. I love bones!

lol I LOVE that skeleton shirt! I think it's so cute. I saw it on etsy and they have twin versions, as well as adding a bow if you wanted for a girl baby!

@Alivoo01: I bet you the etsy seller has just had a lot of sales (since we're coming up on Hallowe'en) and hasn't had a chance to add the listing back to the store. There are a ton of those decals in their sales history :).
Whew...I personally love that one too, and am glad I'm not the only one (sorry Turtledoves ;))

@MrsCastro: I'd totally be on board, but I'm testing in the beginning of October. Not sure if I can hold out an entire month before telling the hubby. I'll have to come up with another idea... This is too cute though!! Booo!!

A friend of mine dressed up as Juno when she was pregnant and it was so cute! I was thinking of going as **MAD MEN SEASON ONE SPOILER ALERT** pregnant-in-denial Peggy Olson because I bought a great vintage Brooks Brothers skirt suit at my local thrift store a while back. The problem, though, is that I don't look anything like Peggy Olson (I am Asian, for starters) so I'd have to keep explaining who I am, and that's no fun.
If you could find a cute 60s dress and some candy cigarettes, you could be pregnant-and-irresponsible Betty Draper!

@MrsCastro: I kind of like the mommy skeleton one. Plus it's cheaper!

@TurtleDoves: i think it's weird too. but clearly i'm outvoted!
any non-skeleton-or-painted-belly costumes? i like juno, but i think the movie is getting a little too old now?

@sslm - i was thinking of doing a "bun in the oven" type costume! or the humpty dumpty like the one featured here (it's costume #4) - http://pregnantchicken.squarespace.com/pregnant-chicken-blog/2010/10/5/25-pregnancy-halloween-costume-ideas.html

@TurtleDoves: I think the shirt is creepy too, haha. I think I mentioned it on another thread.
It sure does seem like there is a lack of other options in the t-shirt department though! I guess if you can think of something clever you could make one on cafepress or zazzle.

How about a Magic 8 Ball? Wear a black t-shirt and try and copy the "8". You could also carry around signs with the answers that pop up.

I dressed up as Juno for a party and I also made a jack-o-lantern face with black electrical tape on my belly last Halloween!

@TurtleDoves: haha. You're probably sick of hearing this but I like that shirt, too! I am not going to any parties or else I would want one.

This was my costume last year! Prego tomato sauce! Super easy. My friend was "a shot in the dark."

I've seen fishbowl costumes, gumball machines... @Zuzu2and11 that is so cute!
I'm with the majority, I like the baby skeleton! I bought one off a daily deal site

@scg00387: thank you! I got the idea from a pregnancy announcement where a couple held up a jar of Prego sauce.

For those who liked the baby skeleton decal, it's on Zulily right now
