Only soft. I don't like hard pretzels unless they are the peanut butter filled ones. Hard pretzels make my mouth dry. Cue Seinfeld quote "these pretzels are making me thirsty..."

Definitely soft. We used to work really close to a pretzel "factory" in Philly and if we got there early enough could get like 20 freshly made soft pretzels for like $5. We'd get a big bag and bring them into work...so good...

I like both!

I like both, but something about a warm, soft pretzel is oh so yummy!

Hard, soft ones are so gross to me.

Soft, with a side of cheese sauce.

Everything is better soft.....except one thing.....

Soft with butter, mustard, and plenty of salt.

I like both but soft are delish.

Both, but soft pretzels with cheese are sooo good (but sooo bad! haha)

@grizz: Have you tried cinnamon & sugar dipped in nacho cheese sauce? I know it sounds awful, but it tastes delicious!!
