Does anyone have a probiotic they recommend? My kids both take them, but I also want to start taking them myself! My amazon search has way too many results!

I'm no expert but I've heard you should really buy refrigerated probiotics from a local store. They're still pills but apparently the refrigeration is necessary to maintain quality.

We buy Floragen. It’s refrigerated, and we get it at the pharmacy. They have kids and adults probiotics, both in pill form. For our kids, we just open up the capsule and mix it in with whatever they’re drinking.
