So had my first cycle of IUI and doctor prescribed Progesterone 2x daily post the procedure. I've finished the medication on day 11 PT (post transfer). They told me I can either come in on day 14 PT to have pregnancy check in office or wait until day 16 PT and check at home.

I'm having all kinds of symptoms - and from what I've read these can all be because of the progesterone and not necessarily a potential pregnancy. (Nausea, Heightened Sense of Smell, Exhaustion, Back Pain, Poor Sleeping, Dehydrated (headache as a result).

Two questions
1) How long after I stop taking the progesterone (which was Saturday Morning) would I expect for these symptoms to stop assuming I'm not pregnant
2) How long after I stop taking the progesterone would I expect to get my period if I'm not pregnant
