Is that actually a good price? (Starting at $419 for the T3). I had no idea they were THAT expensive... darn, that's looking a little less likely for Christmas now

@Foodnerd81: I haven't done a ton of looking (come from a family of camera snobs where these wouldn't cut it, hoping to get handed down one of theirs once they get new ones, 'cause I am in no position to be a camera snob, lol). But on amazon the T3 body (without a lens) is $424.89 and with the same lens it's $498.84.

@mrs. bird: Oh, the lens being included makes more sense. I didnt see how that was a good deal, but now I get it.
I wish I came from a family with nice cameras being handed down! I shouldn't complain though, since I do have lots of baby stuff getting handed down.

I have a T3i and we paid at least $100 more than the Woot price for it. It's an AWESOME camera.
