Not sure if this has been posted here yet. It just popped up on my Facebook feed. There has been a major frozen fruit and veggies recall due to listeria.

I can't figure if my Trader Joe's frozen stuff is part of the recall or not. Anyone else notice there is no best before date or am I just not seeing it?!?

Anyone know if these brands are sold at Costco? That's where we buy all our frozen stuff.

@sunny: From the FDA website: "All affected products have the best by dates or sell by dates between April 26, 2016 and April 26, 2018."
I know I have a couple bags of frozen broccoli that I need to check. I still can't believe how long that list is! When the recall was originally issued last month it only covered 15 frozen veggie products.

@sunny: Sorry! Read that wrong. I have a hard time finding the best by dates on certain packages. They aren't always in an obvious spot.

I got a voicemail from Costco that my frozen peas and mixed veggies are included. How bad is it that I want to just eat them anyway? I'm not pregnant... And I have two brand new unopened bags and no plans to go back to costco for another week or two... I suppose I'll just get some from the grocery store and return these when I go back but how annoying! (not as annoying as getting sick from contaminated items, I know!)
Damn, insane.....and yet, still no deli meat...
