If you LO goes to daycare PT, how much does it cost per day? I imagine it is more per day than those that are FT but perhaps not. I realize this is location specific.

Last month they went as PT as they allow--4 days a week from 9-330. It was 740/month for 2 children.

PT/FT is same rate regardless, $32 a day until age 2, then it is $25 day

We pay $61/day, he goes 3 days a week. If he were to go full-time, we would only end up saving $10 or so each week. We live about 45 away from Boston and this was the least expensive option we could find for a center in our area.

@MrsH: yes I'm lucky, people in my area complain about the cost of daycare but I know it could be much worse! She starts in September and will go 4x a week with my mom watching her 1x a week

Our daycare doesn't have an infant room--starts at toddler. PT rates (includes all food (2 snacks and a hot lunch, and a small snack at 530 if they are still there) is $58/day, at 2.5 they graduate to the preschool room which is $48/day.

LO goes part time and we pay monthly, but it works out to be $88 per day for kids under 2 years.
Formula and food included.

Don't hate me. When DS was in part time (half day every day) it only cost €130/MONTH! But daycare is heavily subsidized by the insane taxes I pay, so at least I get something back!

We are doing part time preschool and it's less than $200 a month for twice a week, half days.

I would have to do some math to figure out the daily rate when the kids were PT but I know the drop in rate is $50 a day
