DD2 (16 month) had to get picked up from daycare today because she threw up. She threw up 5x within 2 hours, starting around noon. It probably happened shortly after lunch. She was napping and woke up and threw up and wanted to go back to sleep. She's been out of it since, they said. Just wants to be held, laying down etc.
My eldest was never a puker so this is new territory. I know to not offer food and just sips of water but not until she stops throwing up frequently. I think nursing is Ok? If constant vomiting continues its a concern...one site said for 8 hours. That seems like a long time of frequent vomiting for a 16 month old?
She already has a sick appointment for tomorrow morning. No one around Us is sick. The only other person sick (that they know of) at daycare is in the toddler room and their paths don't cross.
Hope she gets well soon.
