I never have been before, but lately have I really been itching for a pumpkin muffin and a pumpkin spice latte...

I bought pumpkin ice cream last night and made pumpkin muffins this morning. So... Yes. Fall flavors are my favorite.
But they go over board with the pumpkin spice flavor. Pumpkin m&ms? No.

@pui: @mediagirl: I've never been into it because I HATE pumpkin pie. I will gag if you try to make me eat it. But something about pumpkin sounds appealing this year... (not pie though, never pumpkin pie)

No, the only part of a pumpkin I like is the seeds. I won't use the pumpkin candles even.

Nope. I eat pumpkin pie at thanksgiving, but that's it. I really don't understand the pumpkin craze. I can't tell you how many girls on my FB feed are 'OMG PUMPKIN EVERYTHING' (sorry, felt caps were necessary. lol). It confuses me lol.

I looove winter squash in general, and pumpkin is no exception! I agree with @Foodnerd81: that the pumpkin spice flavor is over-used, though. Thinking of a pumpkin spice latte makes me feel ill. I will gladly eat pumpkin bread or soup or ice cream, though!

Had the best pumpkin dip last week with apple slices! I think it is pumpkin pie filling, whip cream, pumpkin spices, and vanilla pudding. Heard the girl who made it telling others... It was really light and creamy.

I've never had pumpkin anything.. other than pumpkin pie. Oh and Shipyard pumpkin ale (I think I only like it because it has a cinnamon sugar rim...)
According to my FB feed, this makes me a complete weirdo but I've never been inclined to order a pumpkin coffee or latte. Maybe if I tried a sample I would like it?

mmmm yes! DH and I have already consumed a Costco pumpkin pie! I'm going to try out a pumpkin cake recipe this weekend for DS's 1st birthday.

I need pumpkin pie so badly, I have yet to see one that the pastry looks good enough (I'm a pastry snot, lol) for me to try though, I need to just learn to make it and this wouldn't be a problem.....but maybe it'd create a bigger problem?
I like the seeds too, but nothing else pumpkin really!

I am so aboard the pumpkin train it's not even funny. This morning I had pumpkin spice coffee with a pumpkin pastry. I probably need an intervention.
