Okay so I'm making a pumpkin pie for the first time for Thanksgiving and wanted to know if anyone has a special recipe?! I was just going to use the recipe on the back of the Libby's puree can.

You can't go wrong with that one! Pumpkin Mascarpone is a good one too if you were going for something a little different.

Back of the Libby's can! I usually do a mix of brown and white sugar if I remember correctly.

My mom has always sworn by the recipe on the One Pie squash (not pumpkin). It's the only one I've used and it's delicious!

I always use the Libby's recipe too! I like a spicier pie though so I add a little extra to taste. It's always a big hit!

@bubblegum: I just remembered, we are simple and don't love all the spices so only use the cinnamon.
