This is probably a dumb question, but I am cooking noob. I am planning on prepping dinners either at the beginning of the week or the night before, so when DH and I get home from work we can just pop it in the oven.

Can I put meat (chicken or fish) with vegetables to sit overnight in the fridge, then put it in the oven the next day? Or is that a no no and will make us sick? I found a few recipes like "salmon packs" where you wrap the veggies/salmon in foil and put it in the oven. But could I do this the night before?
