My iPhone has suddenly stopped auto rotating the screen when I switch between holding the phone up right and holding it sideways. I'm guessing I somehow messed up a setting. Anyone know how I fix it?

Maybe your portrait orientation lock got turned on accidentally? If you swipe up from the bottom of your screen, the settings appear. On the top right is the icon for that lock, so you can check if it's locked or not.
