I was about to make banana bread during naptime but realized I used up all the eggs over the weekend. Suggestions on something I might have in the house that I can replace 2 egg whites with (or 1 whole egg)?
I'm trying to make this recipe and already softened the butter and cooked the cranberries. Doh.
