It's been storming all week so far and will continue to be stormy and rainy for the rest if the week. We don't have a car so we're house bound. My 2yo and I need ideas to keep busy! What are your favorite rainy day activities?

Rainy week here, too! As long as it's not a hurricane outside, we're in it. Just got DD a new pair of rain boots for this very reason.
She's been up to her shins in puddles and absolutely loving it. We've gone on "umbrella walks" and made paper boats and sent them down the stream in our road.
When it's really coming down, we're obviously inside. We've done a lot of art projects, recently. Yesterday, I cut out rabbit silhouettes from paper plates, and DD painted and glued cotton ball tails on them.
Otherwise, we've played town with her Calico Critter sets, made a horse stable out of an old box for her ponies, pulled her train tracks into the living room, and set up a playdoh grocery store.
A long, afternoon bath is a great time waster. We'll bake dessert, together, which DH certainly appreciates. And when all else fails, we'll pop popcorn on the stovetop and watch a Disney movie.

@deerylou: thanks for the ideas! Unfortunately, most of the rain comes with lightning and thunder, so we have to stay in.
We made cookies this morning. Popcorn is a great idea! We've pulled out new toys and have done a billion crafts, lol. And tons of books!

Making noodles or any cooking really, playdoh, make a fort, craft project, read, watch a movie.

@abbydabbydoodlebug: Ah, gotcha! We've had some scattered thunderstorms, too. But def stay inside with all that.
Unless your DD is bath averse, Pinterest has some fun tub ideas. Otherwise, what about a playdate at your place? Good luck with all the yucky weather!
