Help!

Are there anger management classes for toddlers? When my LO gets mad or frustrated she becomes one of the Real Housewives and starts flipping over things and throwing things off tables. She just got mad about something and threw her potty, tried to clear all the books off of the coffee table, and sometimes tries to hit us. We watched the Daniel Tiger episodes about feeling mad and feeling frustrated and sometimes that helps, but other times once we start singing those jingles she looks at us like we are crazy and flips chairs.

And 5 minutes later she's a sweetie pie. Dr. Jekyll, Miss Hyde for sure.

Not sure what to do. We do time outs in her room but I'm not sure how effective these are.
