I voted personal/family friend.
I'd love to have my Nana over for dinner so she could meet my husband and daughter. I miss her so much. She died 13 years ago.

Personal Family friend is always at the top of my list, but I voted business.

@Meowkers: What's your answer?
I said business... I'm thinking maybe bill gates or warren buffet.

That's a hard one! I mean, in general, I agree that DH is the person I like to spend the most time with. And we don't get as much time alone since LO, so it would be nice. But assuming we're talking more of a special one time thing... Hmm. My first response is George Lucas, but he's actually pretty reserved and anti-social, and he thinks the crazy Star Wars fans like me are pretty nuts. Maybe Neil Degrasse Tyson. Or Alton Brown. Someone I could learn from for sure.

@lawbee11: Yes!! RBG all the way. I'd try not to fangirl and wear my Notorious RBG t-shirt to dinner.

Wait, am I the one cooking for this? I don't think I'm brave enough to cook for Alton Brown.

Probably just my best friend from college. I don't get to see her more than twice a year. I would rather have dinner with her than any famous person!

@BlueWolverine: Oh I would totally wear my RBG shirt to dinner! Would that make things awkward? hehe
@Raindrop: I'm conflicted between RBG, Jane Goodall, and Ellen Degeneres.

I think I'd choose Ina May Gaskin...not sure which category that would fall under!

Gayle King
We no longer have cable & I miss her in the morning. She seems way more fun than Oprah.

It would be a toss up between someone in the Arts and someone in Science. There are so many artists I would love to have dinner with...but Stephen Hawking would be pretty awesome too.
