LO had a high fever (103+) for 3-4 days and then it broke Friday afternoon. Today I saw this rash on his tummy. Does it look like roseola? Then this evening he has a low fever again, which is surprising after he was fever free for 2 days.

Is it just on his tummy? My LOs HFM looked like that last week but it was on her knees and bum.

@delight: so far only stomach and chest. No other symptoms. Well irritable, but no sore throat or pain that he is complaining about.
Eta: also it's flush not raised.

Oh poor baby. My girls would break out in this after any high fever. How high his fever? Does it seem to both him?

Rash on just the trunk after high fever could definitely be roseola! Sorry but hopefully it's almost over!

K used to get a rash just like that every time she had a fever/virus. It would last a few days, wasn't itchy or raised, and went away. We had the doctor check it out the first few times, but it became a regular occurance.
