The first one is from less than 24 hours after birth. No bare belly shot of that one, I forgot. The next one is 3.5 weeks postpartum, sorry ya'll have to see me in my undies, lol!
I was ~100 lbs pre preg and gained ~35 lbs. I'm currently 109 lbs.

@.twist.: Dude, you look amazing! You look better 3.5 weeks pp than I do at a year pp!

@FutureMrsMcK: I second that! But here's the worst part...I looked better at 3-5 weeks pp than I do now. I am thankfully losing but when I had ppd at its worst..I lost a ton and was a wreck, but I looked alright!

@googly-eyes: Looking back at pictures I looked better right after than I do now too. I went from having the opposite of an appetite when I was pregnant to starving all of the time breastfeeding. A gross combination of not being able to eat all I wanted while breastfeeding and not gain + a supply that tanked whenever I did anything more intense than a quick walk + a voracious appetite...well, one big reason I'm looking forward to weaning.

So many women all different shapes and sizes on here. I am 11 months pp and I lost all of my pre preg weight but I still have some serious toning to do and I want to lose 10 of the 20 pounds i put on after my wedding to help me conceive. I am 141 now and my goal is 130 at 5'7"

@PrincessBaby: Holy crap! I just saw this pic! Inspirational!
@mrsjyw: Looking awesome!
@lawbee11: You look fantastic! And didn't you like just get home? lol!
@.twist.: Daaag girl! Jealous!
@MrsMccarthy: Hot mama!
OK, I'll play, but I REALLY hate #'s.
5'4" - 130 pre-preg and 129 now. Would like to get back down to 110-115, but I always plateau at 125. Everything fits again, but the midsection's still wobbly. I busted out my weighted hula hoop in hopes of toning the tummy and entertaining the LO. Here's one from 12 weeks post-partum, but I'll have to take some updated ones tomorrow (when I'm not scarfing down Chipotle!)

@shopaholic: you look great!!
we're nearly identical stats - I'm a little over 5'3", I'm about 125 and it doesn't budge from there since having DS. My 'skinny/fit' weight is 110/115 and I'd looove to get back there but don't have any more time to put into working out/meal prep than I already have & do

I'm softer in the middle than I'd like to be but basically back to prepreg weight at almost 5 months.

@shopaholic: I'm the same. I'm 5 4" and was 115 prepregnancy but that was at my skinniest because I had just gotten married. Now I am at 120. I'm happy with that but would like to be more toned again. Get rid of these love handles.

Cool thread! I never thought to take pictures post-belly. I will add my status though. I'm 5'2" I started at 167 gained 35lbs. Was down 20lbs around 6weeks PP. I am now 8 months PP and have been at 168lbs for the last few months! I need to tone back up now. I didn't workout at all. I was told not to for the first year by my OB. I had to have a 3rd degree Epistomy and it ripped back open on me around 8 weeks PP. So she wants me to be extra careful about what I'm doing until I'm really healed! So I've been doing light walks and breathing techniques to help with distatis recti.

I will post one in the next couple weeks when I reach my pre-preg weight.

I love this thread. It is empowering!
I am 9 1/2 weeks PP. I have 17 lbs to go before I reach pre-preg weight. I had a few stretchmarks on my hips during pregnancy and it seems I sprouted tiger claws on my belly and thighs during labor, if that is possible! Still have my linea negra and a brown belly button. Everything is soft, but slowly reaching whatever the new normal will be. All worth it for my little guy.

@lawbee11: I love seeing this thread active again. You look great! 11 months later my belly still doesn't look that good lol and my linea nigra is still so dark!

@rachiecakes: @travellingbee: Thanks ladies! Yeah, ideally, I think I'm comfortable with myself at 115. I was down to H.S. weight of 107 after my honeymoon 5 yrs ago, but it was a short-lived couple of months and then Thanksgiving/Xmas happened. It's so hard for me to maintain below 120 though...
@travellingbee: Looking great! No marks or anything! Your belly button looks good too! Mine looks droopy or something.
@PrincessBaby: Thanks mama!
@maybebaby: Looking awesome! Woot woot! 9 wks pp!?! FWIW, I didn't even notice my linea negra until AFTER I gave birth. wth? Glad to say it's kind of faded now.
OK, because of this thread, I took these 5 months post-partum pics (and posted them on IG) today. I must have been brave and/or insane. But standing and sitting are TWO different things. Gotta get rid of the flab or pooch or fat or whatever.
(and yes, my mirror is grossly dirty)

@shopaholic: nope no marks but still have the linea negra. I don't mind though. You look fabulous and I know exactly what you mean about sitting. I was telling my DH that standing up in the morning I look downright thin but if I put any food in me, or sit down, I look preggo. I think it's because my stomach muscles are so weak.
