We received a wedding invite for an afternoon wedding for some pastor friends of ours. DH made me laugh when he was looking through the invite. Some things I heard:
"Why are there two envelopes? Did we do two envelopes?"
"Did you see the number on the back of the reply card? Why did they do that? Are we numbered or something?"

ETA: Oh, I forgot the "They even paid postage on our return card. That's really nice." "We did that too." "Oh, that's why we spent so much on postage."

I don't think he paid much attention to our wedding a few years ago.
