Skinnytaste is my go-to place! I've made this before http://www.skinnytaste.com/2012/01/crock-pot-chicken-la-criolla.html for just us and another time with the in-laws and it went over really well both times. It's also next on my list to make along with her banana bread.

I'm another fan of SkinnyTaste, but I also love these enchiladas. I freaked out that there was no sauce on top, but it turned out delicious! I also subbed some things to make it a lil healthier.

Skinny taste is like my favorite place to get weight watchers recipes! Last week we had the banging good shrimp. The saue is so good I made some another day and put it on a chicken panini with arugula
