I have the JuJuBe BFF and it's the perfect size with 2 young kids. Mine are 22 months apart and both in diapers. Plus it can be worn as a backpack. I found having both arms free with 2 kids is a major plus.

@mrskc: that is the one I'm leaning towards just wasn't sure if it was too small for two in diapers.

@MrsH: I have a 19 month old and a baby due in the next few weeks. I went for the backpack so I can have my hands free. We'll see if the zippers prove to be a pain in the bum - but I do think having the bag on my back will be key. My little 19 month old is on the move and I need to be able to run after him. And I have a feeling I'll have my hands in use when carrying the newborn.
I got this backpack and it arrived yesterday. Love the look of it and my husband is excited to carry it as well.

Looks like it's currently unavailable - but it said that a few months ago and it came back in stock.

Honestly I think in this situation I would use a regular backpack

i haven't used mine yet, but my two criteria were that it be made out of nylon (to make it lightweight) and that it have a cross body strap option. i already have a backpack and wanted something a little more attractive. i ended up getting the perry mackin harper bag (but on sale):
