@autumnlove: I third Seche Vite. I was gifted a bottle of top coat by Butter London and it works pretty well too.

I use to use Seche Vite but couldn't stand the smell so now I use http://www.glistenandglow.bigcartel.com/product/hk-girl-fast-drying-super-shiny-top-coat. It's awesome.

Seche is great, but it has a lot of the awful chemicals that most nail polishes have stopped putting in theirs. I've switched to Out the Door topcoat. It's at Sally's. Works great, is 3free, and doesn't have the over-the-top fumes like seche.
