Like @Alexandra603, I love Cyrstal Rock too, and have been using their spray stuff. I can't wear it to work (WOH two days per week), but I use it every day I am home with LO.

I think another thing you can do is just wean yourself off of deos and antiperspirants entirely, which I did about 2 years ago. I was home at the time and the weather was blessedly unhumid, so I didn't suffer as much as I currently do.
I have also used the Adidas one, I think that one relies on cotton fibers, but I am not sure.

@lamariniere: I love this so far! How do you apply it? I've been using my finger tips but I can totally tell they're getting dried out from it.

@jetsa: I actually have a teeny tiny spoon that I use to scoop it with, then I was my hands immediately after I apply it.

update: I bought the Jason apricot and tried it today. my poor armpits are already red and itchy. what is it that bothers me so much about natural deo?? While I recovered from the Kiss My Face deodorant I used some AXE that I bought my husband on accident. (deodorant only, not antiperspirant which is why he won't use it). I like it and it works and doesn't give me a rash but would like to avoid parabens on my underarms if at all possible
Booo!
ETA: the axe deodorant stick I've been using doesn't even contain parabens. And doesn't break me out and only has 8 ingredients. I think I'll stick to it!

I use Herban Cowboy for Her. I also just bought Jason, but haven't really had a chance to use it yet.
