I'm doing couchto5k right now, but would love to add an ab and arm workout into the mix that I can do at home with weights.

I was just reading in fitness magazine about the top ten ab workouts to target each ab muscle. Let me see if I can find the online version.

Have you ever done yoga? If so, are you familiar with the vinyasa sequence? If not, basically you start in plank, then lower almost to the ground and push back up into cobra, then push back into downward dog. From DD, you can lower down into plank and start again. I do A LOT of these, holding each plank for as long as I can and adding in more push-ups... it's a fantastic arm/ab/leg workout + stretching in one.
