As the weather gets colder, I drink a lot more tea. Typically I drink Earl Grey and Jasmine is good cold, but I'd like to add a couple more flavors to my repertoire. What are some of your favorites? Links appreciated... I usually buy it off Amazon!

This is so random, but I also kind of liked the red raspberry leaf tea I drank during the end of my 3rd trimester. Not sure if it's cool to just drink it regularly, though?

I like chai. I used to drink it in a "chai latte" I think it is called, where they add milk and sugar. It's Christmas in a cup. Now I have a box of Bugelow Vanilla Chai, and I drink it plain, like all my tea. On keto you can't have sugar.
I also really liked one called Roobios. Rooibos? It's from a red plant in Africa, apparently.

Peppermint.I usually just buy the variety boxes. I'm excited to see what chamomile tastes like, it's in this box.
The thing about herbal teas is that most of them are caffeine-free. Since I started disliking the diet sodas last month- not having ANY sort of caffeine source meant that enjoying a cup of coffee actually kept me awake (wait what? I forgot it did that!). Unfortunately it also meant caffeine withdrawals from enjoying that yummy coffee.
So be careful, I guess

@LBee: Red raspberry leaf tea is just fine to drink all the time! It's an herb with lots of nutritional benefit. I drink it all the time, pregnant or not.
Both my husband and I love it iced with honey and a bit of peppermint added.I love tea but can't recommend any! I order herbs in bulk and mix them myself to come up with teas we like.

Numi Tea has these really good savory teas if you're interested in trying something different. I recommend the sampler so you can try all the flavors. I love them for when I kind of want a snack but know I'm not really hungry. They have them on Amazon.

I love mate...its toasted and yummy. I also like rooibos.
