Does anyone know of any good books detailing the process of adopting domestically or adoption in general?

Most of the books I've read have centered on Transracial adoption... don't know if you are planning to go that route. If so, I've got a couple of great suggestions including "Inside Transracial Adoption" by Steinberg and Hall and "In Their Own Voices".
I will rustle up some recommendations for you want some more general references that are process oriented.

@Costello: I just asked DH for some recommendations--He and his twin brother were adopted from Korea when he was 11 months old! He read some of her books and said they were really good. To quote him "she kicks ass. great books."
