I'm doing the 21-Day Sugar Detox currently (on day 8). I didn't do this to lose weight, though that is an amazing benefit. (I have a weird sugar sensitivity, my face and lips get hot when I consume certain sugary items, it has gotten worse this year and now I break out in hives when I eat sugar, too.)
There is just so much meat! And eggs! I'm glad this is just for 21 days because I feel like I might need a meat detox afterwards.
For those who eat Paleo, did you eat this much meat already? This is going to sound weird but I can't wait to eat beans again.
