proud of my state!
senate just voted yes 26-12!
now just has to go to the House for a procedural final vote next week. the governor supports it.
this will make us the 10th state to allow gay marriage!

It's so weird to me that all of this stuff is handled at the state level. I know the country was founded on states rights and all.....but that's when people didnt travel much. Now we all travel and move do much.
If I can get married in RI, I should be able to get married in FL. Don't get me started on that who,e rant!
