I know it's odd to ask in August but Canadian Thanksgiving is a little over a month away and I'm researching.

I didn't grow up with holiday turkeys but my husband did and I would also like to start doing it for my son. However, I'm experiencing sticker shock from looking at good roasting pans!

Do you have one? Is it worth the investment if I'm only using it once or twice a year - even if it lasts for many years? Or should I just double up disposable pans on a cookie sheet and call it a day?
