Anyone have any experience/reviews? We're semi-seriously looking for a new sectional that can stand up to two small kids, but we're really picky about design (i.e. we like modern but not TOO modern). After getting a quote for a custom couch locally for a crazy ridiculous amount of $$$, R&B prices suddenly don't seem that bad ...

We have a couple things from there: a sleeper sofa (the most comfortable one I've ever tried) and the Shay glider and ottoman. The couch has survived lots of houseguests, 7 years, 3 moves, and 2 big dogs, and it still looks like new. The glider is only about a year old, but it's my favorite place to nurse.
So, clearly, I think the prices are worth it.
