DH and I are making a list of rules to keep up our relationship once LO is here... we started talking about it during our TTC journey... and I really hope that we are able to stick with it.
So far we have: Date night 1x a month (both our parents live 20 min away); vacation without LO, weekly chats where we don't baby talk, etc.
How about you? And how feasible is it when LO is actually here?

It's totally feasible to keep the fire and romance and love alive! 
Just start stashing away milk if you want to feed your LO breast milk!
DH and I don't do date nights out, but we do date nights in. He'll get take out while I put the LO down and we'll eat and watch a movie, etc.

I think a lot of it depends on how well your LO sleeps, and how much stranger anxiety they have! If you have a good sleeper who doesn't mind being taken care of by others, then it shouldn't be that bad!

We don't have set rules, but we try for a date night once a month. It didn't start until lo was probably about 5 months because I bated leaving her. Still do, but it does get easier. And it is nice to get all prettied up every once in a while!

We haven't set rules either. Our LO has always been a good night time sleeper so we just spend a lot of time together. We don't have a sitter so don't go out but we do nice meals in.

We don't have set rules but our lives are just starting to feel back on track now that LO is 8 months old and totally perfect. When 0-4 months were horrible and the idea of a date night was unfathomable.

No, not really. We're not really a "rule" kinda couple. We tend to wing things. If we set rules and we don't meet them then I get sad. But if there's no rules I'm a-OK.
Besides which with no family nearby it makes it hard for date nights out. And we can only usually afford one vacation a year and I'd much rather take those with baby!
I have a feeling like chopsuey we'll be doing a lot of "date nights" in. I know of so many moms too who were just not comfortable leaving their LO even for a couple hours until they were like at least 8months!
This works for us...been doing it for 12 years and going strong!

We didn't set rules, but I will recommend that one thing I think really helped our relationship weather the early months of parenthood was keeping up the physical intimacy. It helped us feel connected even when we were exhausted and often frustrated with baby stuff.
