I only have one gift to give my oldest from Santa. I need some ideas! She’s almost 4. She loves Doc Mcstuffins, Star Wars, Frozen, Disney princesses, games and puzzles, etc. etc. What have you gotten your girls this age?

@CatchAFallingStar: My DD turned four last week, the biggest hits from her birthday were:
a large play tent (she told us she wants to live in it forever!)
a microphone and stand that plays music through bluetooth (she loves to perform)
a wonder woman hooded towel made for older kids (she's a giant and it's still huge on her)
some capes for dress up
tons of art supplies - stickers, paint markers, coloring/activity books, and paper
She has only asked for one thing from Santa - the melissa and doug ice cream counter set. She loves playing in her kitchen and playing pretend so I think (hope?) she will love it.
Other gifts she is getting for Christmas from us or others that I know about:
a dollhouse
a kidizoom camera (she is obsessed with taking pictures)
toy cash register
more dress up clothes
games (memory, set of four card games, don't break the ice)
headphones for her kindle
And I got some good ideas on this post: http://boards.hellobee.com/topic/what-toysgames-are-your-4-5-year-olds-in-love-with

My daughter will turn four in early January. Some of the biggest hits with her recently have been these kind of puzzles (I really think she likes any puzzles...but she's obsessed with the boxes these come in for some reason!):
She also loves her popup tent. We play with it all the time. I wish I'd gotten one with a slightly bigger opening to make it easier for me to crawl in too since she still wants me to play with her in there.
This year, she and her little sister are getting a dollhouse as their "big" gift from us. We got a really big dollhouse in hopes of sharing coming more easily (ha, we'll see how this goes!). She loves dollhouses at friends' houses and preschool, so I'm hoping it'll be a hit.
Other gifts for this year for either her birthday or Christmas: Lucky ducks matching game, arts and crafts supplies and easel, shimmer and shine dolls, books, nightgown set - one for her and matching one for her favorite stuffed lamb. The Kohls near us had a bunch of character nightgown sets to choose from and I think she'll be excited to have some with her favorite characters.

Lo1 is 4.5; some of her favorite gifts this year have been dress up clothes, a beading set, a necklace, little hatchimal set (not the big, battery-operated one; it was one that had 4 tiny eggs), puppets and a puppet theater that hangs over a doorway, melissa and doug fold up castle w princess dolls. oh and we haven't gotten it yet because of travel but we told her on one hannukah night that she's getting a fish in january and she is SO excited

My DS is 4 and some gender-neutral things he's getting this year are:
- Legos (and there's a bunch of Frozen, Star Wars, and princess themed ones your daughter might love)
- board games (he's getting Sequence Kids but already has Hoot Owl Hoot and Race to the Treasure which are huge hits in our house)
- coloring books

@catgirl: We are giving the ice cream counter set too!
My daughter is almost four. She admired the ice cream set in the store several times. She's also getting a Frozen watch.
She loves her tent, playing dress up, and building with Magnatiles.

@Iced Tea: fun! I hope she likes it! DD has been visiting it at target for months! And it is the only thing she has asked for.

DS turned 4 last month and he is getting:
Kidizoom camera
Marble run game (they have a big one at school that he loves)
Lots of new books like illustrated chapter books
My parents are getting him a ‘me reader’ which is a whole set of books (they have princess, Disney, Thomas, etc) and they press buttons corresponding to each page on the electronic reader and it reads the story aloud to him. He is newly obsessed with his Thomas one so they are getting him the Disney one. They have them at Costco for like $20 usually. We read to him a lot but he gets a kick out of ‘reading’ on his own ha

DD1 just turned 4 and has been loving her Disney Princess Me Reader. If she likes Doc McStuffin, any of the toy nursery/play doctor stuff my DD likes too. Games wise, she really likes playing the doggy doo game lol.

Does she have a Mr. Potato Head? I just saw a cute Mr. & Mrs. Potato Head Star Wars set at Kohl's.
