How do you do yours?
I do olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, but I want to mix it up since I eat so much of it.

Same as you, except I use minced garlic instead of powder.
I also like it with sesame oil, minced garlic, and tiny bit of soy sauce

I dice onions and garlic, saute them in a little EVOO then toss in the spinach and season with s&p, finish with a squeeze of lemon juice,

So, do you just eat the sauteed spinach plain? Or do you add it to pastas, omelettes, etc?

I've tried sauteed spinach, and the texture just grosses me out I have yet to find a combo that I like....I love raw spinach though (like in salads)

@heartonastring: @heartonastring: Onions would be good.
@swurlygurl: We eat it just plain all the time. One of the sides to our meal.
@MamaMoose: do you use OO? Or just cook with lemon juice? And feta is never a bad thing in my book.

@MrsBrewer: That's what I'm thinking... isn't it kinda slimy? I feel like I'm missing out though because these combos SOUND good

@Smurfette: I actually usually put the spinach in a big pot with a tiny bit of water and lemon juice and let it steam on the stove. Once it's done I drain it to get rid of excess water, and then add back a little more lemon juice and lots of crumbled feta.

@autumnlove: Yep! Lately I have been buying the big tub from Costco!
@swurlygurl: It is a little slimy but SO good.
@MamaMoose: Going to try tonight! If we don't have any fresh lemons I know we have the kind in the squirt bottle.

@MrsBrewer: Sauteing usually cooks all the water out as opposed to boiling or steaming... i find it easier to just keep bags of it in the freezer than trying to worry about having fresh on hand

Usually I do EVOO, pepper, minced garlic, and onion. I'll do some sesame oil as well depending on what we are having with it. I usually have to toss with some pasta though, I can't eat it plain. Love it raw plain but not cooked

I love garlicky spinach so I use diced garlic as well as garlic powder too.

I love to add some mushrooms into it. What also tastes really good with spinach and mushrooms is a little blue cheese and then but it in the oven.
