We're having a rough time with what could be the 9mo sleep regression. Baby is waking up at least 4x/night. I'm not OK with CIO, but I found a new method called "Scheduled Awakenings". The idea is you wake the baby a half hour before he normally wakes up, and soothe him back to sleep. Then after a few days, start moving that time back until he sleeps through it. Has anyone tried something like this?
She started sttn at 9 months on her own (but we did previously do CIO for falling asleep- it just did not work for motn).
