I'm currently emailing with the receptionist at my dentist office to schedule an appointment! It's awesome.

I'm always playing phone tag when I call my dr.

I'm in a cubical at work so it's not so cool scheduling IUIs and bloodwork while at my desk. I have to go to the 'phone booth' to get some privacy.

I know there's this movement to stop relying on email and texts, but it's so much easier to email, chat or use an website when scheduling appointments. Sometimes talking to someone is not always productive. Like do I really want to be put on hold? Come on... (I do completely understand that they are busy.)

Would love to hear from people who work in Dr's offices to see if they like it.
